Private Investor Relations

Because growing companies require several rounds of financing it is essential that they nurture long term relationships with their investors.  While institutional investors are important providers of large blocks of capital, private investors are often a more consistent and stable source of development capital.  Moreover private investors play a vital role in creating liquidity in a company's shares.  This is particularly relevant in the cases of companies that have VCT and EIS funds as shareholders as these institutions purchase only newly issued shares and have long holding periods.
