London Capital Finance Ltd.
- Is authorised by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to arrange investment transactions and provide investment advice.
London Capital Investment Partners
- Is the collective name of London Capital Investment Partners ("Gainsborough") Limited Partnership and London Capital Investment Partners ("Trafalgar") Limited Partnership.
- Gainsborough invests in companies quoted on the AIM exchange and Plus Markets. The Trafalgar partnership invests in unquoted companies.
LCF Research Ltd.
- Is an Authorised Representative of Larpent Newton & Co. Ltd. which is authorised by the FSA to act as an Investment Manager and advisor.
- Provides a subscription company research service to investors.
All three companies use a common investment template when assessing business investment opportunities.
